Dear Mr. Brown,
thank you very much for this lesson. It was very interesting and helpful. Particular even very humorous. I like this very much because I know by my own experiences in giving presentations that this is a very important point too. The only thing I have to criticise is the quality of the recording but the main thing is – I could understand everything! It was very clear and well structured.
